Headquartered in Noida, India, Paytm Insurance Broking Private Limited (PIBPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of One97 Communications (OCL) is an online insurance market place, that offers insurance products across all leading insurance companies, with products across auto, life and health insurance and provide policy management and claim services for our customers.
It is registered with Insurance Regularity and Development Authority of India Limited to carry on the business of distribution of insurance product and act as Direct Insurance broker (Life & General) in accordance with the IRDAI (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2018, as amended.

Madhur Deora - Non Executive Director
Mr. Madhur Deora is the Executive Director, President, and Group Chief Financial Officer of Paytm. He has been associated with Paytm since October 2016. Prior to Paytm, he spent 17 years with Citi Investment Banking in New York, London, and Mumbai. Madhur graduated cum laude from the Wharton School, and cum laude from Phillips Exeter Academy.
Bhavesh Gupta - Non Executive Director
Mr. Bhavesh Gupta is a financial services professional with over 25 years’ of experience building businesses from the ground up in payments, technology and analytics platforms, retail loans, digital lending, SME banking, retail banking etc. In his role as - President and Chief Operating Officer, Paytm, he is responsible for leading verticals of lending, insurance, payments – online and offline, and consumer payments, and driving key initiatives including user growth, operations risk, fraud risk and compliance. He is also a board member of Paytm Payment Services Ltd. He has been recently recognised with the title of Fintech Business Leader of the Year 2023 at the Global Fintech Festival, Sept 2023.
Before joining Paytm in 2020, Mr. Gupta held multiple leadership roles including CEO of Clix Capital (formerly known as GE Capital), Head of SME & Business Banking at IDFC Bank and was also associated with ICICI Bank in various roles. Mr Gupta is a graduate of Delhi University and completed his MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
Girish Batra – Independent Director
Mr. Girish Batra is a management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad. He is founder and CEO of NetAmbit since its inception. Previous to starting NetAmbit, he has worked for 6 years with companies such as Escorts and Godrej. He is also on the Advisory board of many other companies specially those companies looking to scale-up their business through unique and sustainable models.
Dr. Srinivas Yanamandra – Non Executive Director
Dr. Srinivas Yanamandra is currently serving as Group Head, Regulatory Affairs & Policy at One97 Communications Limited (Paytm). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant, a Fellow of International Compliance Association (UK), and a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (USA). He holds a doctorate degree (2013) from the University of Manchester, UK and has around 22 years of professional experience in the domain of regulatory compliance. Prior to joining One97 Communications Limited (Paytm), he was heading the compliance department at the New Development Bank (NDB) established by BRICS countries. Prior to that, he worked with commercial banks (viz. ICICI Bank and IDFC First Bank in Mumbai), focusing on banking regulation, risk-based supervision and financial crime compliance.
Sanjeev Garg, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Sanjeev Garg is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds rich experience of over 16 years in the field of corporate finance and is currently Senior Vice President of One97 Communications Limited (Paytm). His experience spans across various business areas including the payments business and the e-commerce business. His functional experience areas include corporate finance, financial control, fund raising, IPO etc.
