Generally, your insurance premium amount is higher when your credit score is low; therefore, the premium amount is inversely proportional to your credit score.

  • 2. My car is more than 15 years old. Will my insurance policy still cover it?

It depends on the car’s condition and shape if such an old car’s insurance policy is still valid. Older cars are provided with less amount of coverage because they are not worth very much at present. However, an insurance policy is always necessary when you own a car, be it old or new.

  • 3. Is an insurance policy required for my second-hand car?
