The SBI general insurance has settled thousands of claims of its policyholders over the past decade. With its simplified claim settlement process, the SBI has enhanced itself and its reputation whilst making its place one of the most successful insurance companies in India.
SBI's two-wheeler insurance claim settlement ratio is 89.51% in FY 20. Once the final report from the surveyor is received, the claims will get settled within 30 days.

You can register the SBI reimbursement claim if you cannot move your bike to SBI's network garages. The reimbursement claim is valid for repair expenses you incurred at other garages. The following procedure must be followed-
Your SBI two-wheeler insurance claim can get rejected due to the following reasons-
The SBI no claim bonus is an add-on that the company offers in its standalone and comprehensive insurance policy. This is more of an award that the insurer offers to the policyholder in every claim-free year. It keeps accumulating and can go up to 50% in the 5th consecutive year of no claim.
If you file an SBI claim for a two-wheeler for even minor damages, the NCB benefit will be disabled. So it is advisable to file for the SBI two-wheeler claim form only when the damage is prominent. It is to be remembered that you must keep your policy renewed at the time to keep the NCB intact. In case your policy period gets expires, the NCB too will expire.
The SBI NCB can be transferred if you sell your bike and purchase a new one.
The SBIG offers 90 days as a grace period to prevent you from your NCB cancellation.
