Select driving licence on the website www.saarthi.nic.in and complete the application form. Attach the documents asked and submit. The status information about DL Punjab shall be sent to you.
Offline
In offline mode, you must visit the nearest Punjab RTO office. Collect and fill the application form. Thereafter, submit the form. Make sure you submit all the documents asked. Further, an employee will keep you updated.
A duplicate driving licence Punjab can be received from the Punjab RTO office or online mode by filling LLD Form. Some documents are also required to be submitted along with the application fee.

An offline test along with a driving test is mandatory for RTO Punjab to conduct before issuing a Learner’s Licence Punjab to any applicant. 60% score is mandatory in the offline test that assesses the traffic rule knowledge of an applicant and passing the driving test is essential to judge the driving skills of an applicant.
