Navi Car Insurance Plans

Despite being a careful and cautious rider/driver, there are chances that your vehicle suffers damage. To be prepared to handle such unforeseen incidents confidently,  it is important to have the right kind of insurance policy.

  • COCODrive Private Car Liability Only Policy
When you drive your car, there is a possibility that you accidentally injure or damage a third-person or property. In third-party insurance, the loss/damage that your car has caused to the third party will be covered, however, your own-damage will not be covered. This kind of insurance is mandatory for every motorised vehicle in India, as per the Indian Motor Act, 1988, and the premium is fixed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

              Additional Covers

  • Personal Accident Cover to Owner-Driver for INR 15 lakhs
  • Co-Passengers can also be covered for INR 2 lakhs
  • Additional Legal Liabilities to protect your workers/ members
  • COCODrive Private Car Package Policy
Comprehensive car insurance is the combination of own damage and third-party liability. While the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) determines the third party premium, the own damage premium is calculated as per the insured declared value (IDV) of the vehicle. Thus, this policy offers coverage against third-party liabilities as well as own damage.
  • COCODrive Own-Damage Car Insurance
Own-damage is a standalone car insurance policy that you can be purchased if you already have third-party liability car insurance. With an OD cover, you would be able to claim the cost of repair or other damages for your own car.
  • COCODrive Bundled Private Car Policy
With a bundled car insurance policy you can opt for a long term third-party liability cover of 3 years and an own-damage cover for 1, or maybe more, years. you also have the option of including add-ons to your policy.
  • Add-ons:
Add-ons are the optional benefits that can be added to your coverage by paying a little extra premium. The company offers 19 add-on covers to the policyholders, let us take a look at the most popular add-ons:

  • Liability Only Two-Wheeler Insurance 5 years
When riding your bike, it may so happen that you may hurt or cause some damage to a third-person or property. In such a scenario, your third-party insurance will bear the expense of your third-party liability. However, the damage that your car suffers will not be covered. Third-party insurance has been mandated by the Government of India and every motorised vehicle has to have this cover. The IRDA,  Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), fixes the premium and thus it is the same across different countries.

When you have third-party cover for your bike, you can pay a little extra to purchase a standalone own-damage cover, as with this cover you would be covered against the damages and losses caused to your bike in an accident or a calamity.
  • COCORIDE Long Term Two-Wheeler Package Policy
With this kind of insurance policy, you can cover your bike for a longer period without the worry of annual renewals. With a single policy certificate, you can opt for a 2 or 3-year term.
