1. Car and Two-Wheeler Insurance You must register a motor insurance claim as quickly as possible. Once at the garage the repair can be done in the following ways:
Cashless Claims If the vehicle is repaired at a network garage, after the inspection and approval from the surveyor, your vehicle will undergo repair. The company will settle the claims with the garage directly.
Reimbursement However, if the vehicle is repaired at a non-network garage, once the inspection and approval are done by the surveyor, your vehicle will be repaired. You will have to pay the bill yourself. Post-repair you can submit all the bills and relevant documents, listed above, and make a claim for reimbursement.
