What is the Eligibility Criteria to Avail Driving Licence in Delhi?

The following qualifying conditions must be met in order to receive a driving licence in Delhi:

  • The age requirement for permanent DL is 18 years
  • The age requirement for a learner's licence is 16 years

How to Avail of a Duplicate Driving Licence in Delhi?

If the licence is stolen or missing, you have to apply for a duplicate driving licence in Delhi by following the online or offline method mentioned above. Just provide the following documents:

  • a challan clearance report released by the Delhi Traffic
