You can opt for a cashless claim only if you go to a network garage. Going to a cashless garage can be easy as you don’t have to do any running around and the insurance company settles the claims directly. However, it may not always be easy to find a network garage near the accident area and you may have to visit a non-network garage. In such a case you can pay the bill up front and then ask for a compensatory refund.

If that doesn’t work, you can seek legal interference from the Consumer Court.
If the police are unable to find your two-wheeler within 3 months of the theft, they would issue you a Non-Traceable Report. After this, you need to submit this report, along with other documents to process the claim settlement.
