It was only the iconic commuter offering, the Honda Livo, that changed things around the 110cc motorbike segment in India. The bike that has been ruling the 110cc segment for over years now has been revised and perfected over the years to give out a performance that is unmatched. The Honda Livo is a blend of aggressive looks and a design that has remained the same over the years. Lastly, the bike starts at a price of INR 86,000 (Ex-showroom price, Delhi), going all the way up to INR 95,000 (Ex-showroom price, Delhi).
Coming to the engine offering, the Honda Livo is available in two variants, both of which are powered by a 109.5cc air-cooled engine that is developed with fuel-injected technology for improved performance and is compliant with the BS6 emission norms. The engine offers a power output of 8.6hp besides churning out a peak torque unit of 9.3Nm. The engine comes paired to a five-speed transmission for improved reliability at operations and comes with a 9L tank.
Coming to the list of offerings for the Honda Livo, the bike picks up on a sharp styling cue that is somewhat the essence of the model. Further, the Honda Livo gives out telescopic front forks in its front suspension and the rear is paired to dual springs that get adjustable preload on its rear. The bike that is at 115kg in its weight, comes with disc brakes at the front as standard, giving the users drum brakes for the rear.
Note: You will have to buy PA Cover separately.
You can renew your Honda two-wheeler insurance policy in 5 easy and quick steps.

Step 4 - You will get a quote for your premium
Step 5- Make the final payment to renew your policy
The Honda Livo is a reliable offering and can provide users with the best return on their price. The bike is reliable in terms of its performance and gives out effective returns for mileage and is the top seller in its segment. Considering the styling that has not been refreshed, ever since its release, the bike might seem a little left out in its appeal. However, the same cannot be said for the different colour dynamics that it is available in. Lastly, considering the Bajaj badge, the reliable performance, and its track record of sales makes the motorbike worth an option to go with.
Usually, it is considered that a damaged motorbike will get a claim on it. However, when you are opting for an insurance claim, the present condition of your motorbike and its current value is what is taken into consideration.
In case your insurance policy has collapsed, you need to contact your insurer to make sure that you have not passed the 90 days. However, in case you already have, we suggest you visit your insurer’s nearest office and request them to send an authorized surveyor to inspect your bike before renewing your policy. This way, you can either get a new policy or if your insurer allows then you can renew your old insurance policy without any problem.
Since you don’t really use your bike a lot, we suggest you go for long term insurance as you won’t have to pay premiums for at least 2 or 3 years at a stretch.
