Duplicate RC is issued when your original RC is lost or stolen. Under Rule 81 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, a prescribed fee must be paid to obtain a duplicate RC.

Yes, you can bring your Vehicle during the registration process.
Generally, the policy period is valid for up to a year only. However, you must apply for renewal before the policy expires.
You must obtain a letter from the RTO. If the number falls under 1000 numbers with the RTO from the recent series, RTO will assign you the advance number.
You need to submit the following details under form 35-The NOC Insurance certificate PUC Road tax submitted.
If so, you need to inform the authority (DRTA), and they will make necessary changes to your registration details.
