  • Contact Oriental Insurance
    • You must notify the insurer of a new claim within 24 hours after the accident, theft, or damage to the insured's bike.

  • Surveying of the Damages Incurred
    • Before the bike is shipped for repairs, the insurance company appoints a surveyor to inspect it.

  • Repairing and Reimbursement
